Concessions International, LLC, in partnership with Las Vegas
Restaurant II Corp, has recently been awarded a contract for eight
food service concessions in the new South and North Terminals of
Miami International Airport. The new partnership, Concessions
Miami, LLC, will operate a Nathan’s Famous™,
Wendy’s Restaurant™,
Employee Bistro
and Ku-va™
(Cuban Cuisine) Casual Dining Restaurant.
As
subtenants, Concessions Miami, LLC package includes T.G.I.
Friday’s™,
The Coffee Beanery™,
Nestle Toll House Café™
and Gilbert’s Foodbar™.
The
first Concessions Miami operations are expected to open for business
in December 2006.

Concessions Michigan, LLC has converted three coffee stores in the
McNamara Terminal of Detroit Wayne County International
Airport to Caribou Coffee™.
The cafés
are located in the baggage claim area, gates 60 to 65 and gates 70
to 78.

Concessions/Paschals, J.V. will open the first Moe’s Southwest
Grill™
in an
airport location on Concourse C of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta
International Airport in June 2006. This fast casual store is
being developed in collaboration with Atlanta-based Raving Brands.

In
December 2005, Sylvia Ross joined Concessions International as Vice
President of Development. Ms. Ross comes to CI from the Greater
Orlando Aviation Authority, where she was the Assistant Director of
Contracts and Small Business Programs. Her range of experience
includes managing diversification programs, managing design review
processes and negotiating retail, theme retail, food and beverage,
and service concession agreements. Prior to her time in Orlando,
Ms. Ross served as Concession Administrator for the Department of
Aviation at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Sylvia’s areas of responsibility include business development,
subtenant management and oversight of our Design and Construction
Department.

In
2005, Concessions International, LLC acquired two Rocky
Mountain Chocolate Factory™
stores on Concourse B of Denver International Airport. The
licensed stores are now the fifth and sixth units operated by CI in
Denver. |
